Mission
The Office of the Attorney General of the Republic is the organ of the State whose fundamental mission is to exercise control of the criminal investigation and the exercise of public criminal action on behalf of the State, as well as to ensure strict compliance with the Constitution, the laws and other legal provisions by the organs of the State, the entities and by the citizens.

The work objectives of the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic are based on compliance with the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution and the Objectives of the I Conference of the PCC
OBJECTIVE NO. 1: continue the functional improvement, structure and composition of the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR), in the search for greater effectiveness and efficiency in the fulfillment of the missions, the constitutional objectives, the functions assigned by law and the tasks entrusted by the leadership of the party and the state ..
OBJECTIVE NO. 2: increase the completion of the workforce and the retention of staff, based on the greater effectiveness of political-ideological work, superior vocational training work, continuous improvement of working and living conditions and compliance with regulations ethics by all the workers of the institution.
OBJECTIVE NO. 3: implement the system of preparation and improvement of management, reserves, fiscal, other professionals and non-fiscal personnel, in correspondence with the approved stages.
OBJECTIVE NO. 4: increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the management work in the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic.
OBJECTIVE NO. 5: contribute to the strengthening of the institutionality, based on the permanent adaptation of the confrontation policies, attending to the priorities established by the country's leadership.
OBJECTIVE NO. 6: reach higher levels of quality and speed, demand in compliance with legal guarantees and improve the direction, control and preparation of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings. Pay special attention to the facts related to corruption, illegalities and social indiscipline; money laundering; tax evasion; foreign investment; food; fuels; drugs; procuring; human trafficking; corruption of minors, prostitution, other acts against the normal development of the minor; medicines or biotechnological products; national electric power system, railways; public telephony and livestock.
OBJECTIVE NO. 7: provide efficient attention to complaints, claims and complaints from citizens, as well as the needs for guidance, non-conformities and the exercise of the rights of persons deprived of liberty.
OBJECTIVE NO. 8: achieve greater efficiency in the protection of minors and the elderly.
OBJECTIVE NO. 9: achieve objectivity and efficient compliance with the economic plan, budget and internal control.

OBJECTIVE NO. 12. Increase the preparation and improve the structures for the fulfillment of the missions in a scenario of unconventional war imposed by the enemy, for exceptional situations the security of the headquarters of the central body, the provincial and municipal prosecutors.
