
Yamila Peña Ojeda, Attorney General of the Republic appointed by the Council of State, Attorney General of the Attorney General of the Republic on July 14, 2018. In her work performance she has gone through positions from the municipal and provincial level to the one currently occupies.
She served as Deputy Attorney General from January 9, 2017. She spent several years as Provincial Chief Prosecutor of Havana with a career as a management team at the base.
She is a Specialist in Criminal Law and in Defense and National Security, she has other postgraduate and preparation studies such as the Diploma in Public Administration; training course at the Academy of the Attorney General of the Russian Federation, and others both in the country and abroad.
